Almanya’da Federal Idare Mahkemesi, 2019’da PKK ile baglantisi oldugu gerekçesiyle kapatilan Mezopotamya Yayinevi ile müzik prodüksiyonu yapan MIR Multimedia’nin itirazini reddederek kapanma gerekçesinin hakli oldugu kararini verdi. Kararda, her iki sirketin de PKK terör örgütü ile dogrudan baglantili olduklari belirtildi. YAYINEVININ PKK’li yöneticiler tarafindan yönetildigi, ideolojilerini yaymayi ve PKK’ya yeni üye kazandirmayi hedefledikleri belirtildi. Yayinevi yöneticilerinin gerek organizasyon gerekse mali açidan PKK ile çok siki baglari bulundugu vurgulandi. Yayinevinde, kitap, bayrak, dergi gibi propaganda materyallerinin basildigi ve dagitimi yapildigi kaydedilirken, yöneticisinin ise ayni zamanda müzik prodüksiyonu olarak geçen diger sirketin de yönetiminde buldugu vurgulandi. Müzik sirketinin ise PKK tarafindan kurulan ve iflas eden bir sirketi satin aldigi belirtildi. Buradaki amaçlarinin Kürt müzigi piyasasi yaratarak elde edilen geliri PKK’ya aktarmak oldugu ifade edildi. Ayni sekilde PKK etkinliklerine sponsor olduklari kararda belirtildi.
