Almanya’da Federal İdare Mahkemesi, 2019’da PKK ile bağlantısı olduğu gerekçesiyle kapatılan Mezopotamya Yayınevi ile müzik prodüksiyonu yapan MİR Multimedia’nın itirazını reddederek kapanma gerekçesinin haklı olduğu kararını verdi. Kararda, her iki şirketin de PKK terör örgütü ile doğrudan bağlantılı oldukları belirtildi. YAYINEVİNİN PKK’lı yöneticiler tarafından yönetildiği, ideolojilerini yaymayı ve PKK’ya yeni üye kazandırmayı hedefledikleri belirtildi. Yayınevi yöneticilerinin gerek organizasyon gerekse mali açıdan PKK ile çok sıkı bağları bulunduğu vurgulandı. Yayınevinde, kitap, bayrak, dergi gibi propaganda materyallerinin basıldığı ve dağıtımı yapıldığı kaydedilirken, yöneticisinin ise aynı zamanda müzik prodüksiyonu olarak geçen diğer şirketin de yönetiminde bulduğu vurgulandı. Müzik şirketinin ise PKK tarafından kurulan ve iflas eden bir şirketi satın aldığı belirtildi.
